Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the website, services, facilities, or programs of For Those Who Have Heart Boxing Club LLC (“FTWHH”, “Gym”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register for membership.

Minors may participate only with parent or legal guardian consent and a signed waiver.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for minors participating in gym activities.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in boxing, fitness training, and physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury.

By participating in our services you acknowledge that you are medically able to participate, you assume all risks related to training, and you will follow all instructions from coaches and staff.

4. Memberships and Payments

Memberships may be billed monthly or every 28 days and renew automatically.

By purchasing a membership you authorize FTWHH to charge your payment method on file for all dues and applicable charges.

Special membership rates such as Founding Memberships are non transferable and non reinstatable if cancelled.

5. Reservations and Cancellations

Members may reserve classes through the FTWHH booking system.

Failure to cancel within the cancellation window may result in a late cancellation fee, loss of class credit, or reservation restrictions.

6. Code of Conduct

Members agree to follow coach instructions, use equipment safely, and respect staff and members.

FTWHH reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for unsafe behavior, harassment, disruptive conduct, or violation of gym rules.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in boxing and fitness activities involves risks including muscle strain, sprains, impact injuries, equipment related injuries, and serious bodily injury.

By participating you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.

8. Media Release

By entering FTWHH facilities or participating in classes you grant permission for photography or video recording for promotional purposes unless declined in writing.

9. Website Use

Users of the FTWHH website agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, disrupt services, or copy protected content.

All branding and materials are property of For Those Who Have Heart Boxing Club LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

FTWHH shall not be liable for injuries occurring during participation or loss of personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Members participate at their own risk.

11. Changes to Services

FTWHH reserves the right to modify class schedules, adjust pricing, change membership policies, and update programs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
