Our Classes

A high-intensity boxing workout built around bag rounds, conditioning drills, and relentless effort to build strength, endurance, and heart.

A traditional boxing class focused on real technique, partner drills, and disciplined training designed to build skill, confidence, and heart.

A 45-minute full-body training session focused on building strength, resilience, and endurance through purposeful, functional training.

A 45-minute session designed to restore the body through mobility work, stretching, and controlled movement to improve recovery and performance.

A 45-minute class teaching boxing basics and techniques through drills that build coordination, confidence, and discipline.

Must have open gym membership or purchased drop in class to utilize open gym hours. Reservation required. Open gym times vary by day, please check our schedule.

A Spar Membership is required to book this class and is by coach approval only. Included with active Unlimited Memberships; otherwise, drop-in rates apply.
